@Citrus: I feel you. It’s hard to get lots of positive reactions regarding otaku hobbies especially with the lack of hardcore otaku in the States.

@Zeroblade: I don’t hide my figurines (or anything else related to my hobby) either – I’ll throw them out regardless of who might see them. But I don’t get such favorable reactions as you do. Maybe it’s just a matter of where of I live…

Figure display is absolutely no problem for me. People pretty much know about my hobby to the extent that some ask me for eroge recommendations and the like. I don’t know whether that’s a good thing or not >_>

I actually have a normal person as a roommate (and I’ve been rooming with him since 1st yr) whom I’m not only friends with but is also the Regent of my frat and the President of the Student Game Developers club, not to mention his girlfriend is around the place like 50% of the time.

…just what, Zanaikin? Awesome, that’s what! I don’t know anything about Little Busters and I still want one of these.

As for displaying them, well, figurines will scare most people off no matter what kind of clothes the heroine in question is or is not wearing, so it’s not really an issue.

Ah, damit Honya, try to keep your front page promotions free plx =P. Your pic for this pop’d up when I opened it at work to look at some stuff @_@.

Feels like these guys did a rather low quality on the color tones and textures though…
either way, how you going to manage displaying these in your school dorms? Figures is one thing and technically bad enough, this is just… @_@
