If I didn’t think it looked horribly wordy I would have subtitled this post “Stepping into a past decade before exiting the current one” or something similar. Thanks to Shance I rediscovered the Anime Otaku-ness Test 200, a 200 question assessment of one’s otaku power-level. The test is terribly out-of-date but I think it is a good primer for letting people get to know me a little better. I’ve taken a few of the more interesting questions for me and explained my answers right here. I hope this will be a pleasant insight into who I am.

Epic Anime Season is Epic. Fall season will be starting in just a few days time and it is looking to be one of the best in recent memory. With shows like CLANNAD: After Story and Gundam 00 Second Season, this coming season looks like it will be Fall 2007 remix version 2.0. There are also plenty of new shows like ChaoS;Head that have plenty of potential to be awesome. I tried to narrow my watch list down but given the sheer amount of WIN, it was near impossible.

After two years of waiting, we finally get a new Mai-series (the Otome OVA’s don’t count)!

There isn’t much to say without repeating other bloggers’ comments since this was a pretty low-key announcement with the only details out so far being a single image of the new herione Mao. Judging simply from this one image, I am not sure what to think of her character design; it seems rather plain so I don’t like nor dislike it. I guess her personality will determine how she stacks up against my favorite HiME/Otome character, Arika.

At least there is still 0~S.ifr~ to tide me over until some more news arrives.

So this is not one of my usual posts and it barely has anything to do with anime but I thought it would be a somewhat interesting read. However, don’t expect an amazingly well done piece of literature. Last night, I had a hard time falling asleep because I was in deep thought thinking about ideas for The Imperium Project. When I did fall asleep, I woke up a few hours later, got some apple juice and went back to sleep to find one of the few memorable dreams I have had in quite a while.

Usually during Thanksgiving, I end up marathoning an anime from start to finish. Two years back, I ended up watching all 52 episodes of Full Moon wo Sagashite in the span of two days. Anyone who knows about this series will tell you that it gets pretty depressing towards the end. Anyways, this year I ended up watching iDOLM@STER XENOGLOSSIA. If that title sounds kind of strange, that’s probably because you have never heard of THEiDOLM@STER before. THEiDOLM@STER is a game created by Namco originally for arcades in which you take the role of a producer who has to take a group of up-and-coming amateurs and turn them into the most popular idols in the nation, thus the name “THEiDOLM@STER.” You can check out the wonderful song Go My Way!! in the video below.

I suppose I should make a list of my interests so that everyone can get to know me (or at least my internet persona) better. As you can probably tell, I love anime/manga as well as video games. I also like Japanese dorama　(although I have not watched much) and Japanese music. In addition I LOVE the internet and drawing.
