Today I ended up wasting my last day of break by barricading myself in my room with my computer. I woke up relatively early and planned to work on some art projects but had a headache so instead I lurked around /jp/ for a while saving Touhou pictures like always and checking out other interesting threads about VNs and such.

For whatever reason I decided that I would play a little Ever17 before I really got working but before I knew it I couldn’t stop. The last time I played was exactly a month ago and apparently left off right when “Kid” learned why You was working for LeMU. Anyways I got really absorbed into the story and in no time (skipping spoilers) ended up getting You’s bad end. Feeling upset I jumped back into bed and slept for a few hours until about 5.

After playing TH11, I’ve decided that it features some of the weirdest-looking characters in Touhou yet, so I had to draw my own versions.

As if the new Scarlet Weather Rhapsody demo wasn’t enough, Zun announced yesterday Touhou 11 Chireiten Subterranean Animism (東方地霊殿　～ Subterranean Animism) which I almost missed because of the crazy blog nonsense that I went through last night. Anyways, I hope pKjd’s guess is right that it will be released at Comiket 74. Even if it’s off, the demo that will be released at Reitaisai on the 25th will be enough to keep me busy.

Yesterday was the last day of classes for the semester and I had planned to do some extreme studying for exams but unfortunately, I was checking for new blog updates and discovered that a new demo of Scarlet Weather Rhapsody was out. I expected to only try it for a little bit to see what was added since the original demo but now I play it all the time. At this rate, I will be practicing everyday until the full game comes out at Reitaisai 5 on May 25, 2008. If it ends up like my experience with Mountain of Faith, I will blaze through all the stages available in the demo and be immediately slaughtered as soon as I do a new stage.
