The new opening movie for Umineko no Naku Koro ni Episode 4: Alliance of the Golden Witch is out and can be found here or below for convenience. If you haven’t played episode 3 yet be prepared for some possible spoilers. The full version of the game is scheduled for a December 31, 2008 release for 2625 yen.
In other Umineko news, a new partial patch for Episode 3 is rumored to be released in the next few days containing translations for the prologue through chapter 11 (there are 18 chapters total). I hope this turns out to be true and if it is, I’ll have to delay my detailed impressions of the series once again until I finish Episode 3.
